    You can protect your self just maintain some very easy way. Everybody’s should maintain the five-way to protect yourself. Since there is no medicine for this virus yet, we have to protect ourselves by following these rules.

    1. Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly with soap for at least 20 seconds.
    2. Cover face with a tissue or your elbow when coughing or sneezing
    3. Then throw the tissue in a waste bin
    4. Maintain social distancing
    5. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth

    If the symptoms of this virus appear, we can prevent it by doing the following

     

    1. We can take Vitamin C

Vitamins are needed to boost immunity, detoxify the body, strengthen the body, and increase immunity. it should be kept in mind that the tendency of cold and cough increases before the onset of winter. In that case, many people take vitamin C tablets. Oranges, lemons, red peppers, and kiwis are usually rich in vitamin C. Most of us eat lemons as they are readily available.

     

    2. Vitamin D

    Vitamin D maintains bone health in our bodies. Calcium is needed to keep bones healthy. Vitamin D is required for the absorption or absorption of calcium from the digestive tract or intestines. Oily and fatty fish are an excellent source of vitamin D. Such as tuna fish, salmon fish, and pangasius fish. Mushroom cheese, egg yolks, and milk also contain vitamin D.
